What data we process and why

• Your project description and conversation with the assistant: to understand your needs, calculate the quote and prepare the mockup. Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Account data (name, email and, if you provide them, company and phone): to give you access to the client area and manage your project. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Passwordless sign-in: to sign in, we email you a one-time code, which we store encrypted and which expires after a few minutes. If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us with your name and verified email address; your Google account is governed by Google's privacy policy. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Quote by email and reminders: if you ask us to email you your quote or have not approved it, we send you at most three reminders about that quote, which you can stop using the link in each email. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in following up on your request.
• News and tips: only if you tick the corresponding box. We record the date of your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time in “My projects” or using the unsubscribe link in each email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Care of your application and support: the issues and improvements you report to us, in order to provide the plan you have subscribed to. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Contact forms: to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests.
• Origin of the visit (campaign or website you came from and first page viewed): we associate it with your request or contact to find out which channels work, without storing anything on your device. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Service emails (approvals, mockups, progress updates, notices about your plan): necessary to provide the service. We do not send marketing communications without your consent.

Artificial intelligence

To analyse your idea and generate mockups we use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) via its API. The content you write in the assistant is sent to this provider acting as a data processor, with appropriate contractual safeguards. Please do not use the assistant to share other people's personal data or sensitive information.

Recipients

Providers that supply services to us as data processors: cloud hosting, email delivery and contact list management (Brevo), AI provider (Anthropic) and the internal messaging tool we use to notify our team of new requests, issues and messages (which may include your name, your email and your message). If you choose to sign in with Google, Google is involved in that sign-in. Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other safeguards provided for in the GDPR. We do not disclose data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Data from unconfirmed requests is kept for up to 24 months so that you can resume them, unless you request its erasure sooner. Access codes expire after a few minutes. Data for news is kept until you withdraw your consent. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the subsequent statutory periods (tax and commercial).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@beinclouds.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
