Questions about Therapia
Can I use it already?
Yes: Therapia is in production at a psychology practice. We are onboarding new practices gradually; request a demo and we will tell you the timing.
How is clinical data protected?
Notes and documents are encrypted per practice, each practice is isolated in the database, two-factor authentication is mandatory and access is logged. The servers are in Madrid.
Does the AI see my patients' data?
Only if the patient consents, and pseudonymised. Every use is logged and the practice sets a budget. The AI helps; clinical decisions are always the professional's.
Can I bring my data from another program?
Yes. Import patients, appointments and past invoices from Excel, with templates and a review step, and export everything whenever you want.
